AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!If you are looking for high-quality, custom-stitched South Asian designer wear, stay far away from this business!!! My experience with them has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. I ordered custom-measured items, expecting professional tailoring. Instead, I received poorly constructed outfits that did not match the sizing specifications I provided. The quality of the work is shocking, the stitching is uneven, weak and entirely unpolished. To make matters worse, they completely altered the design without my consent. Premium embellishments from the product photos were left off or replaced with cheap, ugly alternatives that ruined the look of the garments. The worst part of this experience was their customer service. They are completely unaccountable. They flatly denied making a mistake and insisted they had "photographic proof" that the sizing was correct. When I pushed them to produce these images, they confessed they didn't actually have any photos. Their "evidence" was just the original text message of my measurements, the exact measurements they completely ignored while cutting the fabric. They have offered no compensation, no fixes and zero accountability. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for expensive custom clothing. I highly recommend avoiding this company entirely unless you want to throw your money away. I had ordered 3 outfits for my nieces wedding and they are all ruined. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND, order directly from the brands that is the only way of knowing for sure you are receiving authentic products. I believe the company are providing fakes, they sure look tacky and cheap in comparison.
